How I Can Help
Life is complex, and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed from the numerous demands placed upon us by the multiple roles we occupy daily. When things change within or around us, it’s understandable to struggle with our perceptions of who we are and the roles we hold. I am passionate about working with individuals across the lifespan to support them in navigating the sometimes turbulent inner and outer landscapes of the human experience. I believe in honoring the wisdom that each client brings with them into the therapeutic process, and that every client is the expert in their own inner ecosystem. Initiating life change through therapy takes courage: We will always move at your pace and will focus on what is important to you.
Using a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and mindfulness approach, I provide a warm, friendly, and nurturing environment in which clients can explore and resolve personal challenges. I enjoy working with individuals who are navigating anxiety and depression, divorce and relationship issues, the effects of intergenerational trauma, recovery from relational and narcissistic abuse, ADHD diagnoses, and artists and creatives experiencing mental blocks. I also have extensive experience supporting clients who struggle with role strain, bereavement, burnout, trauma, and parenting stress.
My therapy approach is heavily influenced by the central tenets of Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS): that within each of us, often underneath the noise of daily life, is a wise and compassionate core self, and that all parts of us have a purpose. I hold deep reverence for the unique wisdom that all my clients possess and approach every session with gentleness and care. Using a multi-modality approach, I support clients in accessing self-awareness and self-acceptance. I blend interventions and techniques from multiple therapies to meet the individual needs of my clients, including but not limited to Internal Family Systems therapy, Polyvagal theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solutions-Focused Therapy, as well as mindfulness.
As a meditation and yoga teacher with over 15 years of experience, I infuse my sessions with mindfulness to support my clients in befriending the body and its autonomic states.

“I would absolutely recommend Four Corners Counseling & Well-being to anyone. I enjoy and look forward to my sessions. It helps ground and focus me, and although not always easy, I am left feeling energized and positive for the week ahead. I couldn’t feel better about this investment in myself, and in our relationship and work together!”

“These therapists really know what they are doing! While each are different people, with unique talents and perspectives, their approach as a practice is cohesive and supportive. I am able to bring the tools that I am developing as an individual into my couple’s work, where they are supported and integrated. I feel seen and heard, and gently reminded that I am doing the work that will allow me to feel happy and whole.”
