My Background and Approach
I became a therapist because of a lifelong pull toward people and their stories. I believe that healing occurs at the intersection of hope and connection. Whether you are seeking clarity around identity, support making meaning of past or current experiences, or relief from longstanding patterns of depression or anxiety, it is my goal to cultivate a personalized therapy space that fosters hope, trust, and self-compassion. I am committed to providing care that is identity-affirming, anti-oppressive, and culturally curious.
My approach is highly relational, non-pathologizing, and grounded in Internal Family Systems. I also integrate my training in attachment theory, psychodynamic and depth-oriented therapies, trauma-informed care, and psychedelic integration. I am committed to providing excellent, evidenced-based care that always centers the unique person before me rather than any single clinical framework.
While my training provides me with many ways to provide individualized support, a common thread through all is a desire to help my clients access more mindfulness in their daily lives, allowing them more choices, freedom, and opportunities for presence. I view therapy as a partnership in which together we can foster a sense of being truly and tenderly at home within yourself.
How I can support you
It is important to me that you feel safe, supported, and free to explore during our virtual or in-person therapy sessions. I seek to gently hold the various threads of your narrative, noticing emerging patterns while supporting your ability to identify and make choices that align with your goals and values. In sessions, we might spend time allowing your more verbal, analytical parts to untangle complex thoughts and find meaning. In other moments, we may slow down, offering your mind permission to rest so that other intuitive ways of knowing can surface. I aim to create a space that allows you to experience yourself and your parts authentically and without judgment.

What People are Saying…
“I would absolutely recommend Four Corners Counseling & Well-being to anyone. I enjoy and look forward to my sessions. It helps ground and focus me, and although not always easy, I am left feeling energized and positive for the week ahead. I couldn’t feel better about this investment in myself, and in our relationship and work together!”
— Erin, Silver Spring
“These therapists really know what they are doing! While each are different people, with unique talents and perspectives, their approach as a practice is cohesive and supportive. I am able to bring the tools that I am developing as an individual into my couple’s work, where they are supported and integrated. I feel seen and heard, and gently reminded that I am doing the work that will allow me to feel happy and whole.”
— Terry, Washington DC
