My Path & How I Can Help
My approach encompasses and moves beyond traditional talk therapy to reach the deeper place within you that holds your innate capacity for healing. I do not position myself as an expert of your internal system, but rather as a companion and collaborator on your journey—a fellow human being bearing witness to and honoring your pain, suffering, and resilience. My purpose is to facilitate a safe, non-judgmental space where I can gently guide you home to yourself and tap into this place within you of compassion, curiosity, and openness. It is through this place, at your pace, that we access and heal past hurts that continue to block your healing and growth and result in unwanted behaviors and perpetuating cycles that seem like there is no way out. This process enables you to discover your true voice and support the emergence of your authentic self. It is within this authenticity that connection and your hopes and dreams can be realized.
I’m guided by the four pillars of Four Corners Counseling and Well-Being—mind, body, spirit, and relationships—believing that true well-being is found through healing and connection in all these areas. My intention is to help you move toward your full potential and a rich, meaningful life in a deeper connection with yourself and others.
